CFO Insights and Bulgarian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA) invites you to an interactive webinar discussing the most common missteps of startups and growth companies with regards to:

1) Cash flow management
2) Pricing and offering
3) Budgeting and financial planning
4) Results tracking (reporting)

During the webinar we will review 3 cases of startups and growth companies in CEE region from tech industries and traditional sectors.

Via discussion of the cases, CFO Insights will illustrate common missteps with cash flow planning, reaching breakeven, fundraising, management reporting and tracking of results. For each case we will provide an overview of the implications for the company in terms of success/failure of the implemented strategy, as well as recommendations for alternative resolutions to sustain and grow the businesses.

In the end CFO Insights will present a summary of guidance principles for business planning and budgeting in times of economic crisis, relevant to growth companies and startups.

The webinar will be followed by a 15-minute Q&A session, where the participants can ask questions, pertinent to their business.
